FAQs

  • A physiotherapy appointment involves assessing how your whole body moves.

The initial appointment takes one hour, where your Physio will ask you all about your current issue and your past injury and movement history.

  • Please bring along any relevant medical documents or scans for your past or current injuries.

Consider bringing comfortable clothes that don’t restrict movement.
